15g White wheat (crushed)
20g Italian Parsley (chopped)
10g Tomatoes (chopped)
10g White onions (chopped)
10g Mint leaves (chopped)
5ml Lemon juice
5ml Olive oil
Method:
Soak the crushed white wheat in water for 15 minutes and press out the water.
Mix all the items with olive oil, lemon juice and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
