Hi, this is Steve Morris .

Have you stopped to think how many things you put in your mind each day?

Just like our body needs nutritious food, our mind needs nutritious thoughts to keep it healthy and pure.

There are so many pollutants and toxins around, it's important that we filter those that are harmful, away from us.

So to break a habit, here's what we do.

We rub the spot on our chest, which is massaging our lymph system, which is actually quite healthy too.

While we rub it, we say something like this, even though I've cause pain and suffering myself, today, I choose to remove pain and suffering from others' lives.

Now that you know how to say it, you can do it.
