Hi, I'm Steve Morris, your guide for glorious living. You know children laugh more than 200 times a day, adults, less than 12.
Where has all the laughter gone? Why are we taking ourselves so seriously? Is the mood that sombre? Why don't we consider loosening up?
Laughter helps the heart grow fonder. It's good for our health and it breaks the ice with the people we interact with. Don't be afraid to cut loose once in a while.
Laughter makes you feel good.
Today, practice the virtue of laughing joy. Laugh at what amuses you.
Find something that's amusing and when you're hearing other people laugh, join on in.
So to help along, touch the heart spot, connecting the mind and body, using it as a reset button and then say, even though I take myself too seriously, today I choose to practice laughing joy, finding something that amuses me and sharing my laughter with others.
Repeat that 2 times to help it stick in. Now that you can say it, you can play it. |
