We’re so busy in our lives, we very rarely take the time to reflect and consider the true meaning of what we’ve encountered.
Reflection’s a necessary time for developing insight and understanding.
To examine something deeply is to find richness and new details.
We need to build the time into our day so that we can reflect and take the time to examine deeply.
Today. we’ll replace the busy, busy, busy habit with time to reflect.
So we start by putting our hand over our heart, establishing the mind-body connection, and saying even though life is quickly passing me by, I choose to take the time to reflect today, so that I can examine deeply and develop a greater understanding.
