I love living in Singapore because there are so many different people of different cultures, races and backgrounds.
When there are so many different people, there’s bound to be disagreements.
Disagreements lead to sore feelings, and sometimes even frictions and fights.
We can transform these by being more understanding and more harmonious in what we do. We can start by forgiving and old adversary.
Think back on your friends and family where you may have fought or had a disagreement and hit the reset button.
We can rub our chest slightly above our breast and below our shoulder while repeating today’s glorious living affirmation. “Even though I’ve had disagreements in the past, today, I choose to forgive and forget.
Now that you know how to do it, you can put it in play.
This has been head coach Steve Morris, encouraging you to make yours a glorious day. |
