He's an Italian chef who loves Singapore hawker food and is best known for helming one of the first Italian fine dining restaurants in the country.

Chef Giacomo Gallina is known as the godfather to established Italian chefs in Singapore, having mentored them when they started out. And he's begun a new venture called Otto. Joanne Leow finds out more.
