Let's Not Rush Into Rash Conclusions
Our skin is an unwilling canvas for rashes and eruptions. A food allergy causes acute urticaria, a severe drug allergy develops into an erythematous rash, and contact allergy brings in an ezcematous rash. Proper clinical evaluation and investigations by a competent doctor are of utmost importance especially since not all rashes are caused by an allergy. Wrong perceptions and treatment could have deep-seated repercussions.

Don't Be Consumed By Food Allergy
Individuals diagnosed with food allergy or intolerance have more things to worry about than just avoiding certain food allergens. They need to be cautious of every food item which may contain unspecified traces of allergenic substances such as those from peanuts, eggs, milk or soy. Accidental ingestion of known food allergens may lead to dire consequences. Knowing what to eat, what to avoid and how to take advantage of other nutritional food sources are the key ingredients of this talk.
