SEOUL - North Korea has removed seals that had been placed on its nuclear facilities by the United Nations atomic watchdog organization, the Yonhap news agency said Monday.

North Korea said last week that it was working to restart its nuclear reactor at Yongbyon and no longer wants US concessions promised under a landmark deal in return for its denuclearization.
