EDINBURGH : Digby Ioane has been ruled out of Australia's Test with Scotland at Murrayfield on Saturday as a result of a shoulder injury.

The Queensland centre is replaced in the starting line-up by Western Force's Ryan Cross with Lachlan Turner coming in on the bench.

The injury is to Ioane's right shoulder, rather than the left which required reconstruction earlier this year and sidelined him for six months.

Scotland have also made a change to their matchday 22 with back-up scrum-half Mike Blair having failed a fitness test on an injured ankle.

The Edinburgh number nine suffered the injury in last Saturday's 23-10 win over Fiji after coming on to replace co-captain Chris Cusiter.

Blair will be replaced on the bench by Gloucester's Rory Lawson.

Teams for the one-off international between Scotland and Australia at Murrayfield on Saturday (1715GMT):

Scotland (15-1)

Rory Lamont; Sean Lamont, Alex Grove, Graeme Morrison, Simon Danielli; Phil Godman, Chris Cusiter (capt); Johnnie Beattie, John Barclay, Alastair Strokosch; Alastair Kellock, Nathan Hines; Moray Low, Ross Ford, Allan Jacobsen

Replacements: Dougie Hall, Kyle Traynor, Jason White, Richie Vernon, Rory Lawson, Chris Paterson, Nick de Luca

Australia (15-1)

Adam Ashley-Cooper; Peter Hynes, Ryan Cross, Quade Cooper, Drew Mitchell; Matt Giteau, Will Genia; Wycliff Palu, George Smith, Rocky Elsom (capt); Mark Chisholm, James Horwill; Ben Alexander, Stephen Moore, Benn Robinson

Replacements: Tatafu Polota-Nau, Sekope Kepu, Dean Mumm, Richard Brown, Luke Burgess, Lachlan Turner, James O'Connor

Referee: Romain Poite (FRA)
