I've always enjoy watching Documentary of the Week. However, i hope that there will be telecast of the episodes so that those who missed some of the shows will be able to watch it again. I find those documentaries to be very informative and educationing. |

After watching your documentary on Vitamins on 21/10, I have a disturbing question re vitamin A. In the documentary it is stated that too much vitamin A is bad for health, but I have been told by friends that if it is in the form of Multi Carotene it is safe as it will transform into vitamin as and when your body needs it. Is this true. |
