SINGAPORE : Korean pop sensation the Wonder Girls were in Singapore recently for a promotional event.
It was their second visit here, after performing in a concert in 2008.
Since then, they have achieved a milestone in their career - being among the few Asian singers to break into the US market.
"It has been really exciting because we had to start all over again... We met lots of new people, lots of new fans, and we got to introduce our songs, so we had a lot of fun," said Wondergirls member Park Yeeun.
The group recently welcomed a new member, and is all set to create more waves in the music industry.
"Our first US album will be released in May or June, so we are working on it now," said Wonder Girls member Ahn So Hee.
