SINGAPORE : The veterans ruled at the Star Awards which was held at the Resorts World Sentosa on Sunday.
Chen Han Wei picked up his fourth Best Actor crown for his role as a househusband in "Daddy At Home". Like the previous years when he won the Best Actor award - 2001, 2005 and 2009 - he had his 'lucky charm', a black rosette brooch, with him.
"This black rose is really mystical. Either I wear this every year or sell it to [six-time nominee] Tay Ping Hui at a premium price," he quipped.
The Best Actress award went to two-time winner Chen Li Ping for her role in "Reunion Dinner", and Zhu Hou Ren, who in the series played her father-in-law who suffers from dementia, was named Best Supporting Actor.
Constance Song won the Best Supporting Actress award for her villainous role in "The Ultimatum".
Blockbuster drama "Together" was named Best Drama Serial and the All Time Favourite Artiste award went to Mark Lee and Christopher Lee.
Mark Lee also received the Best Variety Show Host award for "It's A Small World", while Bryan Wong took home the Best Info-ed Programme Host award for "Food Hometown 2".
Other awards given out included the Top Ten Male and Females Artistes, and Best News and Current Affairs Presenters.
The professional awards were handed out last week, recognising technical and backstage staff.
