SINGAPORE - Well-known health and wellness company True Group has appointed Fly Entertainment celebrity couple, Allan Wu and Wong Li Lin, as their new ambassadors for the year's branding and advertising campaign.

Patrick Wee, founder and CEO of True Group, said in a statement: "Allan and Li Lin both exude the right image of vitality, dynamism and vibrancy as they embrace a healthy lifestyle of work and play, making them the perfect ambassadors to front the True Group.

"I believe the couple's appointment will go a long way in strengthening what the brand stands for — a holistic approach in maintaining a balance of both physical and emotional well-being through fitness."

Said Allan: "Both Li Lin and I are thrilled to be a part of the True Group. It is indeed a great honour to be chosen as ambassadors of a renowned Singaporean brand that is fast expanding across Asia.

Added Li Lin, who was last seen on the big screen in The Leap Years: "In this day and age, where key performance indicators tend to be measured by financial terms, it heartens me to be part of an establishment that looks beyond just numbers and instead has a core focus on helping individuals look and feel their best."

The couple will grace the advertising and publicity campaigns in Singapore as well as Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan from next month to April next year.

Allan is slated to host the next season of Amazing Race Asia. Meantime, catch him on Ripley's Believe Or Not on MediaCorp TV Channel 5 every Tuesday at 8.30pm. -
