LOS ANGELES: Actor Matt Damon and his wife Luciana welcomed their second daughter, Gia Zavala Damon on Wednesday and all were "doing great", his spokeswoman said.

"She is a healthy, beautiful baby girl," spokeswoman Jennifer Allen told Reuters in an e-mail.

The new addition joins sister Isabella, 2, and half-sister Alexia, 10, Luciana’s daughter from a previous relationship in the Bourne Ultimatum star’s ultra-feminine household.

“I’m so outnumbered down here, it’s crazy,” Damon joked.

Damon, 37, met Luciana, 32, in 2003 while she was working as a bartender in Florida and he was filming "Stuck on You".

They tied the knot in December 2005 in New York in a private ceremony.

Meanwhile, Latin superstar Rick Martin is also a proud father - of twin boys.

The singer’s babies were delivered via a surrogate mother several weeks ago, according to a statement from his representatives.

"The children, delivered via gestational surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky's full-time care," said the statement. "Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children."

A native of Puerto Rico, Martin, 36, first gained fame as a singer in boy band Menudo. His 1999 album "Ricky Martin" and its smash hit song "Livin' la Vida Loca" (living the crazy life) that made him a widely recognised pop star. Other hits for the top-selling artist include "She Bangs".

He has been an advocate for kids, devoting time to charities that work to prevent the sexual exploitation of children. Earlier this year, Ricky travelled to Cambodia to bring light to the issue of human trafficking.
