The crux of the Olympian account occurred in the Archive's Section of the Stadium complex... I got my father to pose next to a picture of Tokyo Games poster. For me, this was truly a touching moment. Seeing my father, who has always been a pretty straight laced man, clearly experiencing an emotional moment was rare as it was heartfelt.

Bought a flash disk (Brand -A#@0). Tested, ok. Stored information today, next day gone. Went to the company for so-called warranty. Told "Cannot change" Asked me to reformat. I asked "What if it happens again?", her reply "Check my PC". ??? "All my other flash disk are working fine (more than 12 months)" was my reply. Her last reply to me "So?? Buy another one. Not happy, write a letter to my boss. You are not the first one to complain faulty product". ??????????????????? Today, it is still sitting pretty on my desk, collecting dust.

I bought an el-cheapo, no brand multi-card reader and found all the instructions in a language I couldn't read. When I finally got it to work it lasted all of a 24 hours !

Worst encounter I had with a flashdrive is when all the files in the flashdrive were corrupted. Most probably due to not detaching the flashdrive (software-wise) properly. Oh, btw, please note that flashdrive have a limited erase cycle, and working on document like Microsoft Words or PowerPoint directly from the flashdrive will wear-down the flashdrive very quickly due to the way these software create multiple 'ghost' files.
