Kamil Haque at the 2004 Athens Games. Haque is the son of one of Singapore's 50 Greatest Athletes, Anwarul Haque.

The crux of the Olympian account occurred in the Archive's Section of the Stadium complex... I got my father to pose next to a picture of Tokyo Games poster. For me, this was truly a touching moment. Seeing my father, who has always been a pretty straight laced man, clearly experiencing an emotional moment was rare as it was heartfelt.

You shine Singapore flag and make us proud. The most greatest invention that you created is our Singapore pledge.

You makes everyone very unique Singaporean. There is no RACES gaps and everyone lives very peaceful and respect for each other.

Please convey my heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Mr. S. Rajaratnam. He was not only one of the the founding fathers of Singapore but "ASEAN" as well. We owed a lot to him for making this region a peaceful place to live.
