Seeing my father, who has always been a pretty straight laced man, clearly experiencing an emotional moment was rare as it was heartfelt.

After reading about Mr. Raja in the papers recently I realised who he really was. The 'Greatman' we never new well before. Sad indeed.
When I was watching his funeral , I couldn't help myself but cry. Great soul he was.

I just hope we young Singaporean can leave up to what he has left for us. This wonderful city. Safe and peacful.

May your soul rest in peace Sir.

I am from Malaysia. I am really speechless and amazed by late Mr S Rajaratnam. I just couldn't believe my eyes and ears on the praise of Singapore government and her people for him. He looks like a layman like us until the Government has revealed his contributions to people and country. I just can say WOW! Great man. He is great and I as young generation miss the chance to to be lead by him. Deep condolonce on his demise.
