RATING:

SINGAPORE : This lady needs absolutely no introduction. At 51, Madonna looks to be in amazing shape, and she has released her third greatest hits album called “Celebration”.

There are two new tracks on the Deluxe version of “Celebration”, the first one being the hugely popular dance hit of the same name, which is already getting a lot of airplay, and the second one is an equally dance-y calibration with rapper Lil Wayne called "Revolver". The rest of it has been labelled as "34 Songs That Changed The World".

It is in no particular order, but it is certainly proof that Madonna's back catalogue is so immense, that a two- disc set still can't fully encapsulate her legacy but “Celebration” manages to do pretty well.

You have got favourites like “Vogue”, “Like a Prayer”, “Into the Groove”, “Papa Don't Preach”, and even the “James Bond” theme song “Die Another Day” here in this album.

Ultimately, it is a collection that definitely lives up to its name - it's a celebration of the queen of pop's legacy and a musical journey through the Madonna years of pop music. And the scary part - she doesn't look like she's stopping anytime soon.
