Treasure Well wins Upper Thomson Road residential site

SINGAPORE: The government has awarded a residential site at Upper Thomson Road to Treasure Well Investments, which submitted the highest bid of S$251 million for the site.

The bid works out to about S$5,741 per square metre.

The URA received a total of six bids with the lowest at S$135 million.

Among the bidders of the site were Frasers Centrepoint and Sim Lian Land.

Located in the vicinity of Lower Peirce Reservoir, the Upper Thomson site has an area of about 2.1 hectares.

It can generate a maximum permissible gross floor area of about 43,781 square metres.
