SINGAPORE : Mainboard-listed e-waste recycling firm Centillion Environment said its loss narrowed in its fiscal first quarter ended in September.
The firm said it incurred a loss of S$2.1 million for the July to September period, down from the S$2.6 million loss made over the same period last year.
Centillion said it recorded improvements in gross margin in all operations, particularly in the US and Singapore.
It added that it saw reductions in total distribution and administrative expenses due mainly to the restructuring of Singapore operations, discontinuance of the UK CRT recycling and US metal recovery business.
Centillion said it may be impacted by continuous uncertainty in the global economy. - CNA /ls
