SINGAPORE : Singapore investment firm Temasek Holdings said it is raising a combined S$600 million from 20- and 30-year bonds.

In a statement to the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday, Temasek said its subsidiary Temasek Financial will issue the bonds under its Guaranteed Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Temasek.

The S$300 million 2029 bond has a coupon rate of 4 per cent, while the S$300 million 2039 bond carries a coupon rate of 4.2 per cent.

The bonds will be settled on December 7.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund Temasek and its subsidiaries' ordinary course of business. - CNA /ls
