SINGAPORE: Mainboard-listed waste gas treatment firm, China Environment, said it has won a S$12.1 million contract.

The contract involves the provision of electrostatic precipitators for a thermal power plant project in China's Anhui province.

China Environment said the project will commence by the end of this month and is expected to be completed by end-February 2011.

It added that the contract is projected to contribute positively to its earnings for the current financial year ending in December.
