SATS establishes new S$500m Multicurrency Medium-Term Note Programme

SINGAPORE : Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) on Wednesday said it has established a new S$500 million Multicurrency Medium-Term Note Programme.

The new programme will replace its existing Multicurrency Medium-Term Note Programme which was established in 2001.

It has appointed DBS and OCBC Bank as the arrangers and dealers of the Programme.

SATS said the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, investing in value creating opportunities and refinancing borrowings. - CNA/ms
