SINGAPORE : Mainboard-listed construction firm KSH said Thursday that it has won a new contract to build a condominium worth S$70.6 million.

It won the contract from Lippo Real Estate, a subsidiary of Indonesian conglomerate, Lippo Group.

Under the contract, KSH will build the luxury 36-storey development located along River Valley Road called Centennia Suites.

This is the second residential project that the firm has been awarded by Lippo Group after the ongoing Marina Collection development at Sentosa Cove.

Construction is scheduled to commence in July this year and is expected to be completed within 34 months. - CNA/jy
