SINGAPORE: Mainboard-listed infrastructure and civil engineering firm OKP Holdings said Monday that it has won a S$1.1 million contract.
The contract for land reclamation works on Jurong Island was awarded to OKP's wholly-owned subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors.
Work on the foreshore reclamation project has already begun and is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
For confidentiality reasons, OKP said it is unable to disclose further details on the deal.
OKP has secured four other contracts since the beginning of the year.
These projects include a S$5.97 million contract from national water agency PUB and two contracts from the Land Transport Authority for road works.
OKP said its gross order book stood at S$312 million based on secured contracts as at the end of July.
It had announced record earnings of S$7.8 million for its first half year ended in June.
