SINGAPORE: The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Miltonia Close to Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.
The joint bidders submitted the highest tender of S$165 million for the Yishun site.
The HDB received a total of seven bids.
The land parcel is 27,000 square metres.
It has been slated for either strata landed housing or a condominium development.
The site was launched for public tender on July 2 and has a lease period of 99 years.
