SINGAPORE: Mainboard-listed engineering and logistic firm A-Sonic Aerospace said Friday it has been placed on the watch-list of the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
It was put on the watch-list with effect from Friday under Rule 1311 of the SGX Listing Manual.
The rule states that SGX will place a firm on watch-list if it has an average daily market capitalisation of less than S$40 million over the last 120 market days.
A firm can also be placed on the watch-list if it records pre-tax losses for three straight years.
A company has two years from the date it was placed on the watch-list to return to an acceptable financial standing.
But if it is unable to be removed from the watch list, it may be de-listed.
A-Sonic said its business shall carry on as usual.
