SINGAPORE : Altitude Aircraft Leasing Trust is postponing its planned listing and initial public offering in Singapore due to recent market volatility.

The move will also give it time to conclude ongoing talks with anchor investors.

The business trust, sponsored by GE Commercial Aviation Services, would have been the first aircraft leasing listing in Asia and one of the biggest IPOs on the Singapore Exchange this year.

The pull-out follows a similar move by Asia Pacific Land Trust for nine commercial and retail malls in Japan, and the disappointing debut by Saizen REIT last week. - CNA /ls
