Hyflux establishes S$300m multi-currency debt issuance programme

SINGAPORE : Water treatment firm Hyflux has set up a S$300 million multi-currency debt issuance programme.

It is hoping to raise funds to refinance debt and for expenditure and working capital.

The company plans to issue notes in one or more tranches in any currency from time to time.

DBS Bank and Standard Chartered are acting as the arrangers and initial dealers of the programme. - CNA/ms
