SINGAPORE : Tuas Power has launched a new consultancy service to help companies improve the energy efficiency and lower energy costs of their new buildings.

Called the Green Consultancy Services, it aims to help companies secure at least a Green Mark Gold rating from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

The BCA recently made it compulsory for new buildings to be Green Mark certified.

This certification assesses and rates buildings on factors such as energy efficiency, water efficiency and environmental protection. - CNA /ls
