HK companies found to have highest corporate social responsibility disclosure

SINGAPORE: A study into the level of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Asian companies reveals that CSR disclosure is highest among Hong Kong companies.

The inaugural CSR Asia Business Barometer saw Hong Kong listed companies China Light and Power and HSBC tie for the top spot.

The Business Barometer for 2008 compared the top 20 listed companies in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
