SINGAPORE: DB Breweries, a unit of Singapore-listed Asia Pacific Breweries, is investing about S$774,000 in a joint venture with New Zealand firm Three Jays.

The two partners will form a new company called Trinity Hospitality Company.

DB will inject about S$774,000 into Trinity for a 60 per cent equity stake, while Three Jays will contribute about S$239,000 for the remaining 40 per cent stake.

Trinity will own, manage and operate a bar and microbrewery outlet in Wellington.

APB says this investment is not expected to have any material impact on its net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the current financial year.
