SINGAPORE: Singapore Management University (SMU) Wednesday launched a Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme that takes just one year to complete.
SMU said the programme, which focuses on leadership and management, can help groom leaders and entrepreneurs for the increasingly complex global economy.
Launched by the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, the postgraduate programme combines textbooks with hands-on business experiences.
Students are required to go through a pre-course self-study, which lasts for two to three months, to prepare themselves for the programme.
A 16-month flex-time programme is also available, giving more options to working professionals.
The MBA programme will begin in September 2008. For more information, visit http://www.business.smu.edu.sg/MBA. - CNA/ac
