SINGAPORE: The 6th Round the World Clipper Race has ended in Liverpool after spending ten months at sea, crossing six continents and clocking up 35,000 miles.
Lion City's 'Uniquely Singapore' yacht came in seventh among the ten international teams from nine countries such as the United States, Australia and China.
Sea sickness and rough waters did nothing to stop the Republic's 'Uniquely Singapore' yacht from flying the nation's flag high.
The team came in second in the 14th and final leg of the race to come in seventh overall.
This year's race was won by the team from New York.
The first Clipper Race was held in 1996.
