SINGAPORE: Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Yaacob Ibrahim will be in Hanoi Tuesday to attend the two-day 11th Informal ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on the Environment.

He will also attend the 4th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution on Wednesday before returning to Singapore.

Senior Parliamentary Secretary Amy Khor will represent Dr Yaacob at the 7th ASEAN Plus Three Environment Ministers Meeting and the 1st East Asia Summit Environment Ministers' Meeting on Thursday.

Dr Yaacob and Dr Khor will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, the National Environment Agency and the National Parks Board.
