SINGAPORE: For the first time ever, runners can take part in a race around the Marina Bay Formula One street circuit.
Come 6 September, ardent F1 fans can look forward to running on the route that will be used in the Singapore Grand Prix, which is slightly over five kilometres long.
The event is organised by RUN Singapore, an initiative under the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre SG CARES scheme to encourage volunteerism.
The $25 registration fee collected from each participant will go to RUN Singapore beneficiaries.
Interested participants can register online at http://www.runsingapore.com.
