SINGAPORE : Tampines Rovers turned on the style at Jalan Besar Stadium on Monday evening as they blitzed past the Young Lions 3-0 to keep up their S.League title chase.

The Stags have now been unbeaten in the league for eight consecutive games, a run stretching back to early May that has seen them gather an impressive tally of 20 points out of a possible 24.

Ridhuan Muhammad, a graduate of the Young Lions system in 2006, struck in the 36th minute to open the scoring for Tampines, before further haunting his juniors with a second goal five minutes later.
