MM Lee to visit UK, Armenia, Russia

SINGAPORE: Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew will visit the UK from September 13-17, Armenia from September 17-19 and Russia from September 19-23.

In London, Mr Lee will meet David Miliband (Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs), Jack Straw (Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice) and Lord Peter Mandelson (First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills).

Mr Lee will also meet Britain's opposition Conservative leader David Cameron, Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne and Shadow Foreign Secretary William Hague.

In Yerevan, Mr Lee will meet Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and members of the National Competitive Foundation of Armenia.

In Moscow, Mr Lee will attend the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management's International Advisory Board meeting and deliver an address at the school's opening ceremony.
