Brunei's Police Commissioner conferred Distinguished Service Order

SINGAPORE: Brunei's Police Commissioner was conferred the Distinguished Service Order in Singapore on Friday.

President S R Nathan conferred the award on Police Commissioner Zainuddin Jalani in a ceremony held at the Istana.

Mr Jalani became Brunei's Police Commissioner in 2005, and has enhanced cooperation between the police forces of both countries.

He also called on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong after the ceremony.
