SINGAPORE: Spouses of APEC leaders got to see more of Singapore on Day 2 of their visit programme.

They first visited the original site of Sir Stamford Raffles' landing to get an insight into Singapore's history.

They then took a bumboat ride on the Singapore River, where the group obviously had a good time.

A traditional group photo was also part of the programme, which included a tour of the civic district, surrounded by the landmark buildings in downtown Singapore.

The group also visited the National Museum. - CNA/vm
