SINGAPORE: COE prices were little changed in the latest bidding exercise. The premium for small cars 1,600cc and below rose $442 to $17,189. The COE for big cars above 1,600cc fell $387 to $18,002.In the Open Category, where the certificates are used mainly to buy cars, the premium dropped $733 to $18,267.The COE for motorcycles was $51 lower at $851 while that for commercial vehicles rose $11 to $17,000.- CNA/ir
