SINGAPORE: Four signings have taken place between Singapore and Shandong companies, including an agreement worth S$100 million, in Shandong's Jinan.

The S$100 million deal is between Sun Isles Resort & Clubs, which is owned by Prime Group International, and Penglai Economic Development Zone.

Other signings include an MOU between Luye-Pharm and Yantai Hi-Tech Economic Development Zone and another between Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association and Rushan Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.

Singapore's Minister of State for Trade and Industry Lee Yi Shyan is also in Jinan to attend the 14th Singapore-Shandong Business Council meeting on Saturday.

Bilateral trade between Singapore and Shandong amounted to US$2.96 billion last year.
