SINGAPORE: Five companies have come on board as official supporters of the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games.

City Tours is offering tours to supplement Singapore 2010 Culture and Education Programme activities before and during Games' time.

Freshening Industries, a homegrown company that has an established presence in South-East Asia, will be supplying its antiseptic wipes to athletes, officials, workforce and spectators of Singapore 2010.

Moving Bits will provide video-post production services to the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee (SYOGOC).

OTTO Waste Systems will help to keep the Games venues clean and green by providing waste and recycling bins.

Purechem Veolia Environmental Services will make a cash contribution.

The games' organising committee chief executive officer Goh Kee Nguan said on Monday the sponsorship is budget relieving and an important aspect in the planning and organising of the Games.

He said he expects to announce more official supporters for the Games.
