Man charged with murder of 36-year-old man at Toa Payoh


SINGAPORE: An Indian man was found dead at Block 170, Lorong 1, Toa Payoh on Saturday night.

Police were alerted of a quarrel at 10.30pm. They arrived at the scene and found a man with injuries lying at the void deck.

The 36-year-old victim was pronounced dead by paramedics at 11pm. Police also found broken beer bottles in the area.

A 57-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death. He was caught near Block 168, Lorong 1, Toa Payoh.
