SINGAPORE : Caring Hub @ Kampong Ubi-Kembangan allows families in need to receive one-stop social help.
The place also houses a Malay Heritage Hub to promote Malay culture and heritage.
MP for Marine Parade GRC Dr Ong Seh Hong said the area has always been rich in Malay culture and heritage.
He said the Malay Heritage Hub not only serves to preserve residents' memories, but could also help new immigrants understand Malay heritage.
Dr Ong said: "With new migrants, this Malay Heritage Hub also helps to educate newcomers and share with them the rich history this place has." - CNA/ms
