SINGAPORE: A Chinese national was found Tuesday morning lying motionless near railway tracks behind 19 Hillview Avenue, police said.The police said they received a call at 8.10am Tuesday.Paramedics, who arrived at the scene 20 minutes later, pronounced the woman dead.The woman was in her 40s. Police have classified the case as unnatural death.-CNA/wk
