SINGAPORE: National water agency PUB has issued a heavy rain warning and said flash floods might occur in low-lying areas in the event of heavy rain, amid heavy showers on Wednesday.

Many areas in Singapore are experiencing heavy showers with thunder.

Callers to the MediaCorp hotline said there was flooding at the junction of Cantonment Link and Keppel Road, and at the junction of Kreta Ayer Road and Eu Tong Sen Street.

The public is advised to exercise caution and look out for flash floods.
