SINGAPORE: A blanket featuring students' comments on global warming has been unveiled to mark Earth Day, which is on Sunday.

Conveyed through eye-catching colours, the message is loud and clear - Save The Earth!

And the artwork has certainly caught the attention of many.

It took about one week to put the messages together as a blanket.

About 600 students from primary schools to junior colleges submitted their messages.

The aim is to promote awareness about global warming, its consequences and how students can do their part for the environment.

The messages are set to travel to various schools as an exhibition over one year. - CNA/yy
