A Singapore Foreign Ministry statement says he will be attending the Young Arab Leaders Global Action Forum for Arab and Asian Dialogue on behalf of his brother King Abdullah of Jordan.

The Global Action Forum is an initiative by the Young Arab Leaders to build global partnerships among young leaders across the world.

The Arab and Asian Dialogue, to be held in Singapore under the patronage of King Abdullah and Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, aims to expand links between young Arab and Asian leaders.
