SINGAPORE: The ASEAN Food Trail, part of a series of events this year to mark ASEAN's 40th Anniversary, has kicked off at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel.

Between 9 July and 22 July, visitors can savour delectable cuisines from 10 ASEAN countries.

The trail features signature dishes that represent each country's culture, customs and traditions, including "Martabak with Chicken Curry" from Brunei and "Spicy Chicken Salad" from Laos.

The food trail is an initiative of the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, jointly supported by the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Singapore Tourism Board. - CNA/yy
